FUNCTION:
Support Marketing and Sales efforts by designing communications for all company brands. This role requires the person to write and implement HTML/CSS code that supports business objectives and goals of assigned brands. The role requires the person to work closely with members of the Marketing Department, Sales, IT and Fulfillment to ensure continuity in messaging and company goals.

Accountable for adherence to, and promotion of, company values by performing duties in a manner consistent with being a team player.
Work in a fast-paced, creative atmosphere and respond quickly to changing needs. Be flexible to meet tight deadlines or make last-minute changes to existing code.
Monitor Website performance and its impact on user experience, including Web Masters Tools and Google Analytics.
Understand the Web as a business channel, including landing pages (as related to lead generation), e-commerce (as related to conversion), and user interface (as related to usability).
Custom HTML coding for special promotions.
Test across e-mail clients; strong emphasis on deliverability and rendering.
Work with outside vendors to set up microsites and landing pages targeting lead capture.
Represent the Marketing Department in group meetings.
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to help facilitate the timely completion of projects.
Communicate regularly to the management team as to status of projects in process, deadlines and obstacles.

Ability to accept and learn from constructive criticism
Familiarity with Dreamweaver, JavaScript, CSS, XML-based web applications and programming, HTML programming, and other web development languages is helpful but not required
PHYSICAL SKILL
Type/Precision/Dexterity
Sufficient manual and digital dexterity to work with a computer keyboard, mouse and monitor, and phone pad.
PHYSICAL EFFORT
Type/Frequency/Intensity
May need to lift mail bins and or boxes weighing about 20-30 pounds and carry down stairs.
WORKING CONDITIONS
(Hazards, Travel, Hours)
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. core schedule with frequent flexibility for start and ending times. Additional hours and/or overtime depending on position and needs of the business may be required.
